REALITY UPGRADE

Let's talk about intoxication: Did you know that besides all kinds of exciting substances, deep meditations can also induce real states of intoxication? This takes practice and good guidance. Certain breathing techniques also manage to expand the perception of reality to such an extent that drugs are unnecessary. Holotropic breathing, for example, a kind of ritualized hyperventilation, can produce psychedelic experiences: seeing intense colors and moving shapes, feeling at one with everything. The default mode network shuts down, the ego dissolves. We free ourselves from our cognitive straitjacket, feel at ease, see new perspectives, and thus indirectly and intuitively untie knots and solve problems. We dock into an inner wisdom that is greater than we believe in the state of control. But trance and intoxication can help not only with inner alignment, expanding our narrow reality and relating it to larger contexts. They can also heal wounds, knots, and addictions.

Let's go back to the original setting of many a wound and trauma. It hurts, we react, avoid and can go astray along our personal stories. Wouldn't it be interesting to devote ourselves to a trauma in the dilated state of intoxication or trance, relive it in an emotionally safe way, release it and then realign ourselves? This is exactly what can happen.

Even without trauma, noises can lead fascinatingly quickly to inner expansion. They then act as accelerators of deep self-knowledge: new perspectives, real feelings, the true self emerges. It's like your reality gets an upgrade.
