The retreat center Chez ZeN Holistic Retreats in South of France was founded in 2014 after a profound awakening experience of its founder Pia Isabel, who remained in a state of connectedness and wholeness for a few months.

The 2 dominant sensations during her awakening period were love and compassion. She healed with her hands intuitively. She experienced the state of freedom from fear (the ego didn't suck energy) and witnessed how it feels to be noticeably embedded in the universal laws.

This experience of complete trust, changed her life fundamentaly. She realised, that the main goal of her existence, was to share her experiences and support healing where people are deeply disconnected from their true nature.
Isabel created many successful seminar concepts at Chez ZeN, like contemporary silent retreats or psychedelic retreats in Mexico where she founded Mexico-retreats.com in 2020.

Isabel worked 17 years as a model around the globe. She studied psychology and education in Germany and travelled afterwards through Asia, mainly India, in order to get to know holistic healing methods from ancient cultures. She combines modern science and traditional wisdom in her work. 

She is mother of a 7 year old girl and lives between Spain (Mallorca) and Mexico (Baja California & Tulum).
She founded „Reality Upgrade Retreats“ with her husband med. Stefan Frädrich for  psychedelic Retreats with LSD, Psilocybin and Ayahuasca on a regular base in the Netherlands and Mexico.
Many public figures and entrepreneurs seek her out as a coach.
